MEP SERVICES VALIDATION

Intrusive Validation surveys help identify underlying issues that are not visible during a standard visual survey. Expert validation teams record the performance, condition, and capacity of plant, equipment, and systems to inform design, manage risk, and prioritize repairs.

Scope of Validation Services:

• Life Expectancy: Indicates the potential life expectancy of plant and systems.
• Mechanical & Electrical: Includes isolation of mechanical plant and electrical circuits for detailed testing.
• Specialized Inspections: Pipework condition (endoscopic or metallurgical), boiler and chiller condition/operation, and water quality testing.
• Monitoring: Temperature and humidity monitoring, lighting level (including emergency) testing, and thermal imaging.
• Electrical Testing: Electrical Test and Inspection, Low Voltage Panel inspections, busbar testing, fire alarm cause and effect testing, and electrical load monitoring.
